As you know JamDeal is always working towards improving your site experience. Our newest project is the upgrading of categories. Thanks to our growth in members, we have also had an increase in auctions. We at JamDeal use this as an opportunity to make the site even more convenient for you to use.

Previously, we implemented the wanted items category. So as a buyer on the site, you can still browse for what you want, but now you can post it too.

For those of you that are into video games, you will be thrilled to know the category is now one of our main categories consisting of all your favourite games and gaming systems, from Xbox and Playstation to Nintendo and PC games.

There is also the addition of the Real Estate/Property to the main category as well. So for all your house, business or land for sale or rent, this is just for you.

Moving on to cell phones. We now have over 500 phones, parts & accessories available on the site. With this is mind, we have built out the category into subs. This makes browsing for your favourite brand of phone, like the BlackBerry, quick and simple.

These upgrades are just the beginning of our site improvement project and are put in place because of your continued support and use of the site.

Apple or BlackBerry?

These two are the big boys in smartphones. So, are you a BlackBerry user or an iPhone user? There will forever be a clash between these two and maybe even the users, but the truth is, both phones are great!

Initially, iPhone had a bad reputation because it was too fragile but Apple proved that the iPhone is quite resistant and it will survive any accident, as long as you don’t drop it on its face. If the screen is not protected, then …well you know how that goes. So go ahead and buy a hard plastic case or a rubber skin and protect your iPhone. The BlackBerry on the other hand doesn’t break easily. If you drop a BlackBerry, the only thing you’ll get, are scratches. Although we don’t like scratches, it’s better than a broken phone, so that’s a big plus for the BlackBerry, right?

The BlackBerry was made for business, so if you have a slow CPU, the BlackBerry will save you but the iPhone has more storage, more RAM and a faster CPU. Even though BlackBerry phones are great for personal use, users are still not really impressed with its applications. Luckily, RIM offers the BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) feature which is definitely a huge hit. But in regards to apps, we can safely say this is where the iPhone wins for sure because there are endless applications available for the iPhone and it has a great interface to go with it.

The iPhone is a fun phone and offers you lots of fun stuff to do. But if you want something more practical, then you should go for the BlackBerry. Another solution for you can be to own both phones. That way you can have all the applications in the world, you can play, do business, keep organized and more.

Let's face it, things were much more simple when apple and blackberry were just fruits! But, only you know what type of phone suits you best. The good thing is that either smartphone you choose, JamDeal has both of them available in this BlackBerry vs iPhone battle.
