How many of you as sellers have had a buyer win a bid or click "Just Buy It" and then the sale ends up incomplete? Well as you know with an online shopping site, you will always have a few idle buyers. Although we have had a few complaints from our sellers, the good thing is that even though there is a success fee (sales commission) for each sale, we at JamDeal have in place our very own Refund Request system for your unsuccessful sales.
For those of you who are not aware, here is how it works:
- Log in to your JamDeal account
- Go to "My JamDeal"
- Select "Sold Items"
- Scroll to the item(s) in question
- Select the Refund Request option (which to the right under the "Actions" column)
- Give the reason for requesting the refund
- Click on "Submit Request for Credit"
Once your request is submitted to us, the necessary adjustments will be made to your account within 24 hours.
Please be advise that the sales commission determines your refunded amount which is dependent on the cost of your item. For further information, take a look at our site fees.
